Selling With Attitude

A positive attitude is not naïve, and it does not sugarcoat problems. Rather, it sees and acknowledges problems and then focuses on finding solutions and opportunities. It looks for the opportunity within the problem.

The other dimension of attitude is being willing and able to have the hard conversations.  People tend to avoid conflict and hard conversations,  but every large deal will have multiple conflicts to manage.  Just going with the flow and following your prospect's lead is a recipe for the dreaded "no decision",  or maybe even an outright loss.

Hopefully this blog series will help you sell with attitude and win more deals.
